Chef Ram Thapa

Ram Thapa is in love with Indian foods. He has been very passionate about cooking from very early age and started learning cooking at his grandmother's kitchen helping cutting vegetables and peeling fruits. He professionally started his career at kitchen as helper 20 years back at Yak & Yati Hotel. He has been cooking Indian food all his life, also worked with international hospitality partner like Carnival Cruise USA, National Hotel Dubai, Shangril-La Hotel. He was Executive Chef at Masala Indian Cuisine, McLean and recently opened Urban Tandoor Indian Restaurant at Ballston, Virginia; until he decided to open his own restaurant. He is Executive Chef at London Curry House and leading his team to serve best Indian food in DMV area.

Kumar KC

Kumar KC is a hospitality professional who has worked in many areas of food and beverage for the past 15 years. He has worked for Apex International hotels including Four Seasons Hotel DC, Park Hyatt DC, Hilton Hotel, Intercontinental Doha, Shangri-La Kathmandu. He recently left Blue Duck Tavern (1* Michelin Star) at Park Hyatt after 10 years of service to join London Curry House as General Manager. He brings to London Curry House Washington DC's refined dining service.

Hari Lama

Hari is very unique food and beverage professional who has seen both sides of restaurant business. He started as a line cook where he learned a variety of food preparation styles and flavors. He moved to the front of the house where he fell in love with wines and service. Hari always enjoys getting to know new guests and ensures that their dining experience is memorable. He is also operating manager and wine sommelier at London Curry House.

Ashok Tamang

Ashok has a Major's degree in Business and Minor in Hospitality Management. He has been working in restaurant industry since 2004, at esteemed establishments such as Four Seasons Hotel Washington DC, Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore and The Watergate Hotel in Washington DC. He is seasoned mixologist having worked at many upscale restaurants including Bourbon Steak, Fiola Mare in Washington DC. Most recently, he was head bartender at The Watergate Hotel DC. Ashok is a bar manager at London Curry House, making hand crafted cocktails daily.
